We promote in house training and staff appraisals to identify ongoing training for operatives of all levels in the organisation. In house training includes delivering CSCS accreditation to all staff, SMSTS, SSTS to senior managers, Emergency First Aid awareness to senior operatives and staff along with company wide asbestos awareness and tool box talks.
We contract with and support trained, qualified and competent trades people and partners and are pleased to retain Risk Management Solutions who provide independent oversight, reporting and advice on all Health & Safety related matters.
We are with CHAS and our Health & Safety policy is reviewed annually in conjunction with our external advisors.
We believe in stakeholders have a responsibility to be aware of their own and others safety and welcome input from all areas of our operations.
As an organisation we recognise the need for continued awareness, learning and proactive action in maintaining and improving our workplace training and working environments.
